I’m Cedric Andre Johnson, a Chicago-based photographer who believes the best photos aren’t posed — they’re felt.

Photography started as a way for me to capture the moments around me — my family, my city, and the stories that happen in between the big events. Over time it became more than just taking pictures. It became about preserving moments that people will look back on years from now and still feel.

My style focuses on authentic emotion, natural light, and real moments. Whether it’s a portrait session, an event, or a candid moment that happens unexpectedly, my goal is always the same:
